I ordered two batteries and one got lost in the mail, they shipped another replacement immediately, I love doing business with people like this.

A note to thank you for the great customer service. The first battery I received had been damage in transit. I went on the USPS web site to initiate a claim, but at one point, the claim form requested my loss in shipping costs, but, of course, I had none. The form refused to accept anything other than a dollar amount, so that was the end of that. I called Chrome to find out how to proceed, but before I had a chance to say anything after, "I received my battery today, but it arrived damaged..." the young lady I was speaking to offered an RMA, gave me a number, asked a few basic questions, and promised to send me a prepaid USPS label. Two days later I dropped the battery off at the Post Office. In less than a week I had a replacement in hand. Never paid for any shipping, never had any argument, never failed to receive communication from Chrome on the progress of my replacement order. One of my best transactions with any company I ever bought from. Any products I may need in the future, that are available from Chrome, will be bought from Chrome.

this battery is built well..comes with the necessary nuts and bolts......the packaging was great and the shipping was timely.....would buy again..
